I am so excited to have this book ready for the world! People frequently ask me which of my books is my favorite, and that’s a tough question because I tend to love every book more than the last. This is because the worlds get richer, the characters get deeper, and the adventures grow grander. I love the third book in the Heaven’t You Heard? Series, and I believe that fans of the series will think it’s the best one yet.
Oliver’s journey is one of my favorite parts of this story. I also love the changing relationships, Grace’s sassiness and humor as she takes on new challenges/adversaries, and the chance to explore the afterlife in more fascinating, quirky, weird, intriguing ways.

If you’d told me a year ago that I would die, then go to college, date an angel, and reform a demon, I would’ve called you crazy. But maybe sometimes to be a “ride or fly” friend you have to be a little crazy.
Since becoming a Guardian Angel, I’d done plenty of wild things to defend friends and the greater good. A big part of that was fighting monsters and demons to protect Henry Sun, the freshman Biochem major I was guiding to positively impact humankind. Smaller parts included developing amazing angel powers and exploring the afterlife from the Prayers Department to Pet Heaven. But Oliver . . .
I think Hell had nearly frozen over when he chose to betray his demon job and side with my team in the skies. The problem: if the evil overlord down there was going to give him a chance to change permanently, it had to be an eye for an eye. Which means while Oliver is now being given six months to improve his soulthrough special Heaven assignments, I have to balance the universal shift by working part time in Hell while not dirtying mine.
Hell’s evil empress, God, and I signed a contract to set this experiment in motion and we’re all curious how it will play out. Despite the odds, I’m holding my head high. Sure, I have to balance flying lessons, demonic social media, midterms, matchmaking, and more dramas of destiny while celestials wager whether I’ll become Heaven’s second fallen angel. But what’s the fun in existence without a challenge?
